About Course

During my yoga journey I had passed through many schools had different approaches for sequencing, and after I started to study yoga therapy in the United States with my teacher Gary Kraftsow( He was a direct student to Krishnamacharya) , I found that I had more clarity and answers about (why, where, how, and when) questions which I couldn’t find an objective answer to them before .

This course had been designed to guide to you to create a safe and an efficient yoga practice, as we will go through many topics related:

  • The protocol of designing asana sequence as per Krishnamacharya teaching.
  • Principles of sequencing.
  • Intentions behind asana practice.
  • Asana biomechanics.
  • Breath biomechanics.
  • Preparation and compensation concept
  • Adaptation
  • How to write a sequence.

By the end of this course, you will have the tools to confidently design safe and effective sequences, weather you are new to yoga and looking to create your own personalized sequence or you are a yoga teacher seeking to refine your current practice with new creative skills this course is for you.

Hope you will enjoy
