Asanatomy explores the anatomical principles underlying yoga postures so that alignment becomes more than a visual shape. You will study the body’s architecture through practical observation, learning how anatomical planes, joint relationships, and the kinetic chain influence stability, mobility, breath, and safety in class settings.
