3-Day Workshop Immersion
Yoga for
Structural Health
A clinical Viniyoga approach to the body’s most common structural conditions
About This Immersion
Yoga practice can be a powerful tool for structural healing — but only when intelligently applied. This immersion gives yoga teachers and practitioners a clinically grounded framework for working with the structural conditions their students bring to the mat.
What We Cover
Day 1
Lower Back & Sacrum
Disc disease, spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, sacroiliac joint issues, and sciatica — strategies from resting to progressive loading.
Day 2
Upper Back & Neck
Excessive and flattened kyphosis, cervical injuries, facet joint dysfunction, and rib involvement — postural vs. structural differentiation.
Day 3
Hips & Shoulders
Bursitis, labral issues, nerve impingement, rotator cuff conditions, and frozen shoulder — mobility, stability, and range-of-motion work.
