What if your body knew more than you think? This October, ITW is pleased to announce a transformative 50-hour Swing Yoga Teacher Training led by Yara Barqawi, founder of Serendipity by Yara in Dubai. This training is designed as a structured and intelligent approach to teaching movement through the swing, helping teachers move beyond random sequences and into purposeful, progressive, and body-aware instruction.1
Across five intensive training days, participants will learn how to use the swing as a tool for support, challenge, strength, mobility, and deep body awareness. The course brings together functional anatomy, teaching methodology, shoulder stability, spinal mobility, hip work, safety, and foundational swing-based yoga techniques. Rather than focusing only on shapes or flexibility, the training develops a refined understanding of how the body moves, stabilizes, releases, and builds confidence through intelligent practice.1
