Refund Policy

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. They must be in their new original condition and undamaged packaging with tags still attached if applicable. After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If no requests or concerns were raised within 7 days, we consider you have acknowledged and accepted the items of their best quality. 

How to Initiate a Return

We want you to be happy with your purchase at integratedtherapywork.com. But we understand that sometimes, a product might not quite fit your sound healing journey. That’s why we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.

1. Email or contact Kamal or Lucy through whatsup or any contact listed on our website

2. List the items you would love to return within 7 days of delivery. 

3. We would reply and guide the return process. Shipping costs will be borne on the purchasing customer side. 

Damaged or Wrong Items with FREE Exchange

In the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please provide the pictures attached in the email we have mentioned as the way of communication within 7 days of delivery. Any concerns raised after 7 days would not be accommodated. Our team will arrange an exchange and/or a return at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Our fulfillment team processes orders immediatelyto ensure fast and efficient delivery. However, if we can stop your order, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. 

Refunds

Once the refund has been approved, the amount and refund method would go to the original payment. 

Refunds to the original payment method will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to the shipping costs for items in original condition and packaging. Please note that we are not able to accept items that show signs of use or don’t have the original packaging. The original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may need extra time to process the refund.

The restocking fee helps us cover the costs associated with the original order preparation, including “free shipping”, managing returns, inspection, professional cleaning, repackaging, and restocking the items to the fulfillment centers, so we can continue to offer high-quality products and ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected and professionally cleaned before being restocked.

Limitations

While we strive to provide the best possible service, please note the following limitations:

  • Items showing signs of use or having damaged or missing the original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We allow one exchange per order. If the second item still isn’t right for you, you’ll need to return it, after which we’ll process a refund minus the restocking fee. The reason we limit exchanges is to ensure we can maintain our high level of customer service and quick turnaround times.
  • Our team must authorize all returns before they are sent back. This helps us keep track of any issues and handle your return more effectively.
  • We cannot provide return labels for large and multi-box items, such as Singing Bowls Sets, Gongsand Accessories, and Drums. You will have to arrange your own shipping for those items.
  • Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to Singing Bowl Sets, Tongue drums, Ocean wave drums, String Instruments (bar chimes, shakers, Kenari seed chime), Woodwind Instruments, Incense, Gongs, Custom and One-of-Kind Items, Vintage and Discounted items.  Unless its manufacturing defects.  Within the time you accept the instruments, those items are non-returnable and non-refundable. No warranty for the above-mentionedinstruments as well. 
  • Please note that the above-mentioned instruments are hand-made, no warranty provided. As time passes, some colors of the wood might change or fade, which is a natural cause. Shakers and seed nutshells might break with time, please avoid dropping on the floor. All instruments are fragile items, any damage after 7 days of delivery remains the responsibility of the buyer, and our teamdoes not hold responsibilities after that time frame and no exchange or repair would be accommodated.
