Join Yara Barqawi for a 50-hour Swing Yoga Teacher Training designed for yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, and fitness professionals who want to teach movement through the swing with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Training dates are 17–18, 24–25, and 31 October 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.1
What if your body knew more than you think? This October, ITW is pleased to announce a transformative 50-hour Swing Yoga Teacher Training led by Yara Barqawi, founder of Serendipity by Yara in Dubai. This training is designed as a structured and intelligent approach to teaching movement through the swing, helping teachers move beyond random sequences and into purposeful, progressive, and body-aware instruction.1
Across five intensive training days, participants will learn how to use the swing as a tool for support, challenge, strength, mobility, and deep body awareness. The course brings together functional anatomy, teaching methodology, shoulder stability, spinal mobility, hip work, safety, and foundational swing-based yoga techniques. Rather than focusing only on shapes or flexibility, the training develops a refined understanding of how the body moves, stabilizes, releases, and builds confidence through intelligent practice.1

Yara brings seven years of teaching experience, a background in neuro-mechanics, anatomy, and conscious movement, and a strong commitment to helping students build strength, mobility, and trust in their bodies. Her method integrates movement, breath, and awareness so that future teachers can offer classes that are not only creative, but also safe, effective, and deeply intentional.1
This is not just a certification. It is a refinement of how you understand and teach movement.
The curriculum includes swing foundations, fabric safety, basic poses, shoulder stability and strength, spine-focused practice, hip work, functional anatomy, and teaching methodology. Graduates will also receive continued support, including a 30% discount on group classes, three months of mentorship after graduation, and opportunities for shadowing and assisting in classes for three months.1
This training is ideal for teachers and movement professionals who want to expand their offering with a distinctive, in-demand, and intelligent swing yoga method. By the end of the course, graduates will be prepared to begin teaching swing yoga with greater confidence, structure, and clarity.1
