Elevate Your Practice: Master Lower Extremities Passive Stretching
Introduction
Integrated Therapy Work (ITW) invites you to an intensive, 16-hour professional training designed to revolutionize your approach to soft tissue therapy and movement correction. Led by Kamal SAAD “manual therapist “with two decades of experience in Dubai’s elite fitness and yoga therapy field, this workshop distils the most effective techniques from the lineages of Joe Muscolino, Erik Dalton, and James Waslaski into a practical, hands-on curriculum.
This is not just stretching; it is the mastery of biomechanics, neural inhibition, and clinical precision.

What You Will Master: The 16-Hour Curriculum
This intensive training is structured to ensure you leave with immediately applicable, advanced skills. You will gain mastery in:
1.Precision Technique & Biomechanics: Learn to perform safe and effective passive stretches for every major lower extremity muscle group (Hip Flexors, Hamstrings, Glutes, Adductors, Quadriceps). We focus on proper therapist body mechanics to ensure longevity in your career.
2.Advanced Neural Inhibition: Go beyond static stretching by mastering techniques that work with the nervous system, including Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Contract-Relax (CR), and Agonist Contract (AC) stretching.
3.Targeted Fascial Release: Integrate Pin-and-Stretch techniques to precisely target fascial adhesions and localized restrictions, a critical skill for chronic pain management.
4.Clinical Assessment & Safety: Develop the clinical reasoning to assess tissue tension barriers, identify contraindications, and design effective treatment protocols for common dysfunctions like Piriformis Syndrome, IT Band Syndrome, and chronic hamstring tightness.
5.Anatomy in Action: Deepen your understanding of functional anatomy, ensuring every stretch you perform is anatomically sound and clinically relevant.
